Know the tool’s scope

This is a table-assignment planner for up to 250 people, not a ticketing system or venue-safety assessment. Check access routes, space and any accommodation needs with your venue. Plans are saved locally; download a backup to move to a different device.

Collect photos from the same event

Create an optional event photo collection and share its guest QR code. Your table plan remains free and separate from the album.
