When a guest cancels or someone brings a partner, update the guest list and rearrange the tables. Auto-seat creates a new arrangement using your rules; manual table choices let you keep control. Capacity and seating-rule warnings make conflicts visible.

Give your venue useful files

Print a table-by-table list with alphabetical guest lookup, plus individual place cards. Save PDFs through your browser. Export a CSV for meal preferences and notes, and download a private backup before the event.

What is included?
